Description

Your beginning piano students will be experts at naming the white piano keys with this Nutcracker white piano keys game, a music “spelling bee”. This interactive piano keys game reviews the letter names of the white piano keys, A, B, C, D, E, F, and G.

Spelling words created from the letters of the music alphabet are shown on the piano keyboard cards: AGE and CAFE, for example.

Students figure out the correct word, roll the dice, and move forward on the game board. The first student to reach the end wins!

How to Play the Nutcracker White Piano Keys Game

1. Students roll the dice to see who goes first. The lowest number goes first.
2. The first student draws a card.
3. The student identifies the piano keys and says the word that the piano keys spell. The student can write the letters onto their score card if desired. 
4. If the student gets the correct answer, the student rolls the dice and moves their game piece forward.
5. If the answer is incorrect, the student doesn’t move forward (or moves backward to make it more interesting!)
6. The first person to reach the end wins!
